Good resource to have on hand

After reading this book, I realized anger was not my main issue. However, I am holding onto it because I believe it contains a lot of good and practical advice for those who struggle with this problem. There are some eye opening explanations in it for why people behave the way they do, and, as I said, it's a good resource to have on hand in case there is someone along your way who needs help with this issue.

Exsactly what I needed

If you start noticing yourself getting upset/angry/depressed over things that don't bother others, if you're worried about how you're behaviour is effecting your relationships, if you're wondering why you're loved ones are pissed off with you when you've done nothing wrong, if you're just fed up of being fed up and want to make lifelong positive changes in your life then read this book!
It strips every type of conflict down to its roots and teaches you how to express your anger healthily because one way or another, your anger will find a way out, weather you let yourself loose control or repress it so that it has to find passive ways of escaping.
There should be lessons in school dedicated to this book because so many of us grow up without learning how to cope with such a volatile emotion.

easy reading, I treated this book like my personal workshop, and really felt that i was getting somewhere, digging deep and being honest with myself on my answers. the period that followed after that definitely had activated my total awareness of my behavior, making different choices. and responding differently to situations.
